Job Title: Senior Business System Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to play a pivotal role in enabling functional requirements and data review processes for clinical systems. Our team values expertise in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and driving impactful business solutions within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Document functional requirements for prioritized system enhancements, aligning with business and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate closely with system owners and product managers to ensure seamless translation of business needs into actionable technology deliverables.
- Serve as a central contact for system-related inquiries, providing clarity and timely resolutions for internal stakeholders.
- Lead user acceptance testing of new features, including script creation, coordination of testers, and outcome documentation.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred; advanced degree or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, data transfer, or data modeling roles, or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated expertise in product management, requirements elicitation, and communication across cross-functional teams.
- Experience within life sciences, specifically with clinical trial data review systems or similar environments, preferred.
