Job Title: Accounts Payable Representative: III (Senior)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Representative: III (Senior) to join our team. Our team is dedicated to ensuring efficient processing of vendor invoices while upholding company policies and internal control procedures. This role is crucial for maintaining accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices using corporate ERP systems in line with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with business unit customers and vendors throughout the procure-to-pay process.
- Identify and implement process improvement efficiencies.
- Collaborate independently and with a team to ensure customer service excellence.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
