Job Title: Junior Business System Analyst

Job Summary:
We seek an experienced professional eager to support critical clinical and operational system data transfer initiatives. Our team values collaboration with key stakeholders, focusing on driving process optimization and system improvement within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities:
- Document functional requirements for system enhancements in line with clinical and research development business priorities.
- Collaborate with business system owners and product managers to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical requirements and future system releases.
- Provide support for user acceptance testing, including script development, coordination with business testers, execution, and communication of results.
- Manage centralized Inbox administration, user access requests, and data management tasks related to clinical systems.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred; advanced degree desirable. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, data transfer, or data modeling roles; or at least 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in life sciences, particularly clinical trial management or operations, is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to elicit requirements and work effectively in a matrixed environment, resolving complex challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
