Location: Durham, North Carolina (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated professional to support an organization’s talent needs by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various open positions. Our team values efficiency and consultative partnership to help ensure a high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and managers.
Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates for multiple simultaneous open positions through résumé review and proactive outreach channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers to initiate the interview process.
- Engage with passive candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools as appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with internal talent acquisition partners and participate in kickoff meetings for each search assignment.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple requisitions effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other online recruiting platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide consultative support to hiring managers.
- Ability to guide candidates and stakeholders through the initial screening and interview coordination processes.
