Job Title: Staff Engineering Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking motivated professionals to join our team as a Staff Engineering Technician. We play a pivotal role in supporting large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, focusing on site drainage, grading, and utility plans. Our team values technical expertise and collaboration to ensure high-quality deliverables within the energy and process industries sector.
Responsibilities:
- Support engineering and design teams by developing and modifying technical deliverables using Civil 3D and MicroStation tools.
- Develop site drainage, grading, and utility plans, applying foundational engineering principles to create comprehensive solutions on each project.
- Review and ensure project deliverables adhere to relevant standards, internal quality programs, and project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to fellow professionals and technicians within the Staff Engineering Technician role to ensure consistency and continuous improvement across all outputs.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience, ideally in roles such as Staff Engineering Technician or similar technical positions.
- Demonstrated advanced experience with Autodesk Civil 3D, especially with grading surfaces and plan development.
- Diploma or Certificate required; an Associate Degree in Drafting or Engineering Design Technology is preferred.
- Ability to complete all pre-employment onboarding requirements including background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records checks as required by regulations.
